It’s a gorgeous apartment in an antique Palazzo, massive beams, stone walls, a small balcony and a open fireplace were the reasons l bought this property.
Furnished with antiques from my French grandparents which give it a cosy feel, and again like my other apartments its basically open plan.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, fridge and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. It is clad in Massa Carrara marble which although small gives it a luxury feel. The kitchen is big enough to have a sofa near the fire, there is also another seating area and a bedroom with a double bed looking on to the balcony.
Heating is a pellet stove with two radiators so its super cosy in the winter.
The Stacc is available for longer term lets; appealing to authors, digital nomads or guests who simply want to experience full immersion in small town, Southern Italian life. Closer to the village, it’s ideal if you are staying without transport as its easy walking distance to shops and bars. Top hint some of the supermarkets deliver too.
